The process of identifying your uniqueness takes effort. You have to invest time in self-assessment so you can discover what you love and the career path that allows you to do what you love to do. The effort is worth it! You can spend time and energy going on the adventure of self-assessment and discovering your uniqueness; or later, you can spend time and energy coping with an unfulfilling “9-5.” The choice is yours to make, and it is never too late or too early to go on the adventure of Living life more brilliantly.
The premise of NWA Career Coaching is simple. We take the time to do an in-depth objective and subjective assessment of each individual’s unique interests, talents, strengths, and motivations. This in-depth assessment allows for a greater likelihood of identifying your dream career. Why is identifying your dream career important? On average, an individual working a 40-hour week will spend 90,000 hours working in their lifetime, and if you want to be successful you will spend even more time working, somewhere between 50 and 60 hours a week. Why more hours? Getting ahead of the competition requires a higher level of commitment to work which means spending more time and energy working.
Dr. Latta believes that every person is gifted with a unique set of talents, strengths and abilities, but, unfortunately, most do not know what they are much less how they can be used as guideposts to a lifetime of career satisfaction and joy. Dr. Latta’s own unique blend of academics, business, and coaching gives her the right skill set to help individuals get on the right career path to Living life more brilliantly through Career Coaching in Northwest Arkansas.
“The job you seek isn’t out there in some job description, it’s already inside you, aching to get out.”
